refunds & returns

you may return products within 14 days of receiving your order if they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. return shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount. refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. for detailed return instructions click here.

discount codes

discount codes must be entered at checkout. codes are distributed via social media and emails. only one discount code can be used per order.

finland: 2–4 business days
europe: 5–7 business days
united kingdom: 5–9 business days
please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. we currently do not offer shipping beyond the regions listed above.
