what is your refund policy?
we have 14-day return policy after receiving your product. your return is eligible if the product is unused with no detectable flaws and you have a receipt for proof of purchase. return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. for detailed return instructions click here.

what is your warranty policy?
our products do not come with a warranty. all items are carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality. if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you according to our return and refund policy. normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.

order cancellation policy
you may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. in that case, you may still return the product after receiving it, following our return and refund policy.

what to do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. we will ask for photos of the item and packaging to help us investigate the issue. once confirmed, you can choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund. return shipping for faulty or damaged items is covered by us.

you can apply your discount code during checkout. discount codes can be found through social media posts and within email messages. different discount codes can’t be used simultaneously

inside of finland shipping takes 2-4 business days
inside of europe shipping takes 5-7 business days
shipping to uk takes 5-9 business days
