returned items must be unused and unharmed. for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
returns must come from the same email, the receipt was delivered to.
return costs are deducted from the refund.

in the email include receipt of the order, clear pictures of the products you wish to return and a reason for the return.
after we approve the products you will get a return link and additional instructions for returning. we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
