launch collection bts

first finished design

the first finished 3D design was where it all began. seeing my idea take form on the screen was the first step toward creating something i wanted to create.

first batch of 3d prototypes

after buying a 3D printer and spending hours and hours learning how it all worked, i finally saw the first successful batch of prototypes. after analyzing how they felt i jumped straight back to improving them.

first samples

the samples for the launch collection arrived. opening that package felt like christmas. after months of designing, testing and adjusting finally paid off seeing my designs in real sterling silver. after this moment i knew i wanted to pursue this and i was only at the first steps.

product photoshoot

after buying the photoshoot tent i also had to learn how to photograph. doing this on a budget so my phone was my camera. first try didn’t turn out exactly great so i had to try again. in a few day period and couple of tries the pictures turned out how i wanted to.

first videoshoot

this was a fun project with a friend. we had some serious technical errors and a few idea adjustments but in the end we had a pretty cool video on our hands not gonna lie.

this was also a fun project with a friend, along with the solo hours I spent working on it by myself. during our business calls we spent 40% of our time talking about ideas, workability and other technological website shit and the other 60% for catching up.

making the website

second photoshoot

this time i got to enjoy a project with 2 of my friends. we just took photos from all over the place with different lighting, props and clothes. i didn’t have time to look at the photos during our shoot, but i knew we had some good shots in there.

finishing the collection

finally after months of waiting i got my jewelry stamps and i got straight into stamping the collection pieces. the process was a lot harder than i expected and not all the stamps were perfect but in the future they will be. after stamping i started to clean and polish the pieces so they would be nice and shiny for my amazing customers.

FIRST ORDERS

straight after finishing the collection I did a predrop for a small stock of the collection. that same day i got my first orders and i was so happy to send them out.

novera’s first “employees”

from the beginning i knew i wanted someone to help me with tiktok side of social media. one day out of nowhere my friends suggested that they could do some marketing for me in the summer, i was immediately interested. now they have done marketing for about a month and this is their experience:

“making novera’s tiktok has been a really rewarding experience for us. we have been able to meet a lot of new people, try out different content ideas and develop ourselves as content creators. it has been great to be involved in building novera and also see how people get excited about the brand.”

making posters

i had never designed posters before, so I started by making my first ones in canva. they were ok, but i wanted to make better ones and that was a good reason to start learning photoshop. during this learning period i started to really like making posters. seeing the final version of a poster feels almost as satisfying as seeing a finished 3D model.
